Every job follows a clear process so each participant knows what is happening and what comes next.
Enterprise submits a request
The Enterprise selects the contractor type and provides the job address, urgency, contact information and description of the problem.
PAADA matches the job
The platform uses service type, location and service radius to identify approved contractors who may be eligible to view the request.
Contractors are notified
Matching contractors can receive mobile push and email notifications that a new job is available.
A contractor accepts
The first eligible contractor to successfully accept the available job becomes responsible for managing that service request.
A technician is assigned
The contractor manager assigns the job to an active technician from the contractor’s team.
The job is completed
The technician updates job progress. After completion, the Enterprise can view the final status and submit a contractor review.
